Families First Coronavirus Response Act DOL Posters

Private employers and some public employers fewer than 500 people are required post a notice for the newly passed Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). Employers can post the notice in a conspicuous place in the workplace. Since employees may be working remotely at this time, the notice may be posted via a company intranet, external website, direct mail or via email. The FFCRA notice should be posted by April 1, 2020.
