Verner & Associates, LLC has joined forces with TJS Deemer Dana LLP to announce the upcoming merger of their accounting firms on January 1, 2018. The combination of talent will allow the Firm to provide expanded services as well as traditional accounting, taxation, consulting, audits, reviews and compilations.

Verner & Associates, LLC was founded in 1980 by Michael G. Verner, a 40+ year veteran accounting professional, attorney and former IRS agent. The Firm was built on the premise that accounting is more than tax returns and monthly reports. Verner & Associates, LLC is made up of individuals who believe in the true value they provide. The Firm has experts in all manners of tax strategy, accounting, tax credits, and estate planning. Michael G. Verner, CPA, JD, Brandon S. Verner, CPA and Alison E. Garrett, CPA will be joining the TJS Deemer Dana LLP partner group.

The Verner & Associates, LLC team members will remain at 8300 Dunwoody Place, Ste. 200 Atlanta, GA 30350. The combined Firm will operate under the name TJS Deemer Dana LLP.
