We are excited to announce the merger of Deemer Dana & Froehle LLP and TJS & Company, LLC (formerly Thigpen, Jones, Seaton, & Company, P.C.). Although the merger will not formally take effect until January 1, 2014, the Partners and Team Members have begun to collaborate in all respects as we move to integrate our firms.

The new firm, TJS Deemer Dana LLP, will have over seventy staff members and strategic locations in Atlanta, Dublin, and Savannah.
